RETURNS POLICY
GENERAL
All returns must be made within 14 days from receiving your purchase. Any items returned must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original packaging in the same saleable condition they were sent to you in. We cannot accept returns where the original packaging is damaged or tags/labels have been removed. If your return aligns with our policy, you will receive store credit for your returned items. Please not that store credit does not include your original shipping costs, it is only for your item/s.
Returns are to be shipped at your expense (unless items are faulty). Once we have received your item/s, we will process your store credit. When you send your item/s, please include your contact details and order number.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If there is an occasion you have received a faulty or damaged item, get in contact with us at dozedreamsleep.com with your contact details, order number and pictures of your damaged goods. From here, we can send you another product to replace your faulty item or if you do not want it replaced you can receive store credit for your damaged item.
SLEEP TRAINING PACKAGES
Once you have made a sleep training package purchase there will be no refund or store credit.
